LAWYER (LAW OF DISPUTES)

We are currently looking for a new team member in a smart, ambitious and professional dispute law team. We help group companies avoid conflicts by implementing advanced energy projects, quickly, efficiently and successfully resolve conflict situations and represent the interests of group companies in both small and the largest legal disputes. You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Representing clients' interests in civil, administrative and criminal cases;
• Preparing procedural documents;
• Representing clients' interests in negotiations and mediation;
• Consulting clients and colleagues on issues in the areas under our supervision;
• Assessing potential legal risks of clients' activities and proposing measures and solutions to manage potential risks;
• Consulting clients and colleagues in the areas of pre-trial disputes, pre-trial and post-trial debt collection;
• Following and analyzing current case law, changes in legislation, informing colleagues about current changes;
• Identifying opportunities, providing proposals and initiating automation and digitalization of daily processes.

• Higher university legal education;
• At least two years of experience in independent representation in courts;
• Excellent knowledge of the legal acts regulating representation in judicial and pre-trial institutions;
• Excellent skills in drafting procedural documents;
• Analytical thinking and finding appropriate legal arguments;
• Ability to find at least several ways to achieve the goal;
• Client orientation and diplomacy;
• Good knowledge of English.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,770 to EUR 4,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
