Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- performance of duties of a member of the public procurement commission;
- assessment of the legality and validity of the conclusion, execution and amendment of public procurement and other contracts, examination of claims in pre-contractual and contractual relations and participation in preparing responses to them, performance of other functions of a project lawyer;
- preparation or participation in the preparation of drafts of internal legal acts, contracts or other legal documents of the company, legal analysis of draft documents prepared by other structural divisions of the company;
- performance of duties of the secretary of collegial bodies or their committees;
- providing internal legal consultations on legal issues of the company's activities.
It is important for us:
- not lower than a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws university qualification degree in the field of law studies (or a Master of Laws university qualification degree in integrated law studies);
- not shorter than 1 year of continuous legal work experience (experience acquired after 2020 would be an advantage);
- ability to analyze, systematize and summarize information and provide legal conclusions based on legal acts and case law;
- legal knowledge in the field of public procurement (advantage);
- legal knowledge in the field of design, construction contracting (advantage);
- legal knowledge in the field of activities in the energy sector (advantage);
- know the specifics of legal regulation of the activities of state-owned (controlled) companies (advantage);
- knowledge of English at level B or higher;
- you know how to work on a computer with the Microsoft Office software package.
