The law firm VAIČEKAUSKYTĖ and partners is expanding its business dispute resolution team.
We are currently looking for a lawyer who specializes in business transactions, disputes and their prevention, preparation of procedural documents for courts, etc.

Employee requirements
We expect from a colleague:
● at least 4 years of legal work experience (advantage in law firms, courts);
● excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (written and oral);
● Analytical and strategic thinking skills;
● Experience in drafting contracts, business disputes, crisis management, civil disputes, preparing procedural documents for courts;
● Additional experience in bankruptcy processes and cases (advantage).
