- UAB „PERSONALO SPRENDIMAI“
BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- legal risk assessment and prevention;
- providing comments on draft public procurement conditions and other related documents;
- preparing and updating contracts (including public procurement contracts), their standardization and adaptation to different types of procurement and procedures;
- preparing and examining public procurement and other claims, and, if necessary, representing them in court;
- preparing reports related to the achievement of public procurement indicators, analytics, and providing suggestions and recommendations on how to improve processes.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you are of impeccable reputation;
- you have obtained a higher university education in the field of law;
- you have at least 3 years of successful work experience (related to the functions listed above);
- you have passed the Public Procurement Service knowledge test exam and have a valid procurement specialist certificate (advantage);
- you have excellent knowledge of public procurement, construction, civil law;
- you have excellent command of Lithuanian, English - B2 level and higher;
- you have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
