We are looking for a lawyer who wants to work not only with documents, but also to actually contribute to the implementation of large construction projects. In this position, you will have the opportunity to participate in negotiations, decision-making and be an important part of the team.
WHAT TASKS WILL WE TRUST YOU WITH:

- You will prepare and negotiate various contracts (contracts, subcontracts, design) and other legal documents
- You will consult colleagues on everyday legal issues and help find practical and legal solutions
- You will participate in negotiations with partners, suppliers and clients
- You will analyze complaints, prepare responses and assess risks
- You will contribute to the creation of internal documents and process improvement
- You will prepare procedural documents for the court
- I will cooperate with external law firms
What we expect from the candidate:
- Higher university law education
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of law
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
- Ability to communicate clearly and argue
- Independence, effective time management and responsibility
WE WILL CONSIDER AS ADVANTAGES:
- Experience in the field of construction law
- Experience working with corporate law
- Knowledge of GDPR, public procurement regulations, labor law.
