Your responsibilities:
- You will provide assistance to project teams to ensure smooth and high-quality implementation of projects, preparing documents for suppliers and contractors;
- You will prepare and ensure the execution of public procurement contracts related to design and construction, manage risks and provide consultations;
- You will provide assistance to the public procurement commission in the position of an expert;
- You will legally assess the risks of the company's activities and propose solutions to manage them;
- You will provide legal opinions and consult colleagues in accordance with relevant legislation and case law;
- You will perform other legal tasks according to the needs of the unit.
What do we expect from you:
- Have a university degree in law;
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in the fields of public procurement and/or construction law;
- Be able to draft contracts (design, contracting, services) and other legal documents;
- Know and be able to apply the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania in practice;
- Have strong analytical skills and are able to think strategically;
- Are an excellent negotiator and are able to work both independently and in a team;
- Be able to clearly and professionally express your thoughts orally and in writing in Lithuanian. English is an advantage;
- Have good cooperation skills, are diplomatic and result-oriented;
- Have an impeccable business reputation.
