We will trust you:
- Damage administration;
- Resolving legal issues related to core service contracts;
- Preparing the Company's legal acts and other internal documents;
- Preparing court procedural documents and representing the Company in courts;
- Preparing requests, claims, appeals and other letters and responses to letters;
- Representing the Company's interests in state and local government institutions and in relations with third parties;
- Providing legal conclusions and recommendations on relevant operational issues;
- Ensuring the legality of the Company's activities, implementation of the requirements of laws and other legal acts;
- Consulting the Company's employees on legal issues.
We hope you
- You have legal work experience - at least 2 years;
- You have a higher university law education;
- You are familiar with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the company's activities in the listed areas of responsibility and are able to apply them in practice;
- You know how to summarize information and prepare conclusions, present them clearly and accurately in writing and orally;
- You are able to independently plan and organize your work, make proposals and make decisions;
- You are businesslike, correct, and you follow the highest standards of performance and ethics when working.
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage.
