Nature of work
- monitor changes in legal acts related to the company's activities, prepare and update internal legal acts, procedures and other legal documents;
- advise management and employees on legal, compliance and risk management issues;
- prepare and review external legal communication (letters, responses, requests, complaints, etc.), prepare and coordinate draft contracts, participate in negotiations;
- represent the company in relations with state institutions, regulatory institutions, law enforcement institutions and other third parties;
- contribute to the implementation of corporate governance decisions, prepare materials for board meetings, identify legal risks and submit proposals for their management;
- coordinate the risk management process - organize risk identification, maintain a risk register, prepare reports and submit proposals for risk management measures;
- ensure compliance with legal acts and internal requirements, coordinate supervision of personal data protection and other areas of compliance, conduct compliance assessments and consult departments;
- exercise control over the implementation of concluded contracts in assigned areas of responsibility.
Employee requirements
- higher university legal education;
- legal work experience;
- excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (at least C1 level);
- good skills in working with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- knowledge of legal acts regulating the preparation, storage and destruction of documents, GDPR and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data;
- analytical thinking, ability to identify risks and make decisions;
- good work planning, task prioritization, communication and representation skills.
