Nature of work

  • Assistance to a lawyer in preparing contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
  • Preparation and processing of internal company documents (orders, letters, protocols, powers of attorney, etc.).
  • Preparation of drafts of complaints, claims, lawsuits and other procedural documents.
  • Systematization, archiving of documents and search for legal information.
  • Assistance in representing the company in various institutions.
  • Consultation on general legal issues.

Employee requirements

  • Legal education.
  • Ability to professionally prepare and systematize legal documents.
  • Excellent English language skills (both oral and written).
  • Knowledge of labor law and/or corporate law (we would consider this a great advantage).
  • Ability to provide clear and understandable legal advice.
  • Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, legal databases).
