Telecommunications Project Manager

UAB "Enersense" is a Finnish capital company, part of the international Enersense group of companies, which is one of the largest digital service providers in the energy, telecommunications and construction sectors in the Scandinavian and Baltic countries. Our turnkey service package includes design work, supply of structures, all construction work, installation of telecommunications equipment and formalization of construction completion procedures, and electricity transmission network work.

We are currently inviting a telecommunications project manager to join the team in Vilnius.

Main responsibilities of the project manager:

• Plan and manage project deadlines, budgets and task implementation;
• Manage the entire project life cycle - from participation in public and private tenders to project completion;
• Prepare estimates, technical documentation and tender proposals;
• Prepare technical specifications and subcontractor agreements;
• Ensure efficient execution of works at the facility, in close cooperation with field teams and actively involved in the practical implementation of the project (tower construction);
• Cooperate with suppliers and ensure the quality of external services;
• Monitor the progress of the project and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders;
• Provide assistance and guidance to project team members;
• Analyze project results and propose improvement measures.
