About the job position:
We are looking for a telemarketing team leader for our call center, who would be responsible for the organization, motivation and results of the telemarketing team.
The work is carried out remotely, but by agreement it may be necessary to come to the office in Vilnius (depending on the city from which the candidate is from).

Work functions:
🔸Be a telemarketing team leader – inspire, support and help achieve results;
🔸Plan and allocate team work time, tasks and sales plans;
🔸Analyze team results, prepare reports and submit them to management and customers;
🔸Ensure high quality customer service and orderly data recording;
🔸Organize team meetings, training and performance assessments;
🔸Take care of the introduction of new employees and the development of team competencies;
🔸Participate in meetings with customers, audits and other company processes.
🔸Plan and allocate team work time, tasks and sales plans;
🔸Analyze team results, prepare reports and submit them to management and customers;
🔸Ensure high quality customer service and orderly data recording;

Requirements:
🔸Experience in telemarketing (sales) - in a team leader position would be an advantage.
🔸Ability to promptly resolve situations, plan and coordinate team work, set and implement both personal and team goals;
🔸Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills;
🔸Ability to work with a large amount of information, prepare reports and provide data to management;
🔸Good computer literacy and working with internal management systems skills (MS Excel, MS Word);
🔸Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language in writing and orally;
🔸Ability to adhere to business etiquette, communicate empathetically and positively.
