Telemarketing Sales Team Leader

Tele2 Sales Department is looking for a Telemarketing Team Leader in Kaunas, who will be responsible for the telephone sales team, which takes care of sales and upselling to existing Tele2 B2C customers. We hope that you:

• have experience in sales and customer service, you like it and are good at it (experience in the telecommunications field is an advantage);
• have experience in leading a team of at least 5 people, able to motivate them to achieve goals;
• want to take personal responsibility for the tasks assigned to you;
• analytical thinking and ability to create action plans to achieve team goals;
• have excellent Lithuanian language skills (oral and written).

Base salary 2400 or 2800 Eur (excluding taxes), with bonuses for achieved results it can reach 4000 Eur and more (excluding taxes). We have also prepared a basket of additional benefits for each employee, which includes:
