Telemarketing Sales Manager in Alytus

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Telemarketingteam, working on a hybrid schedule. You will be the face of Tele2 and a disseminator of smart ideas - a person on whom the company's results and customer satisfaction will directly depend. You will have a great opportunity to show that you are the best salesperson and deepen your knowledge of mobile technology trends. There is a lot of action with us, we promise - you will not be bored!

• selling Tele2 services and products to existing customers by phone according to Sales Standards;
• educating customers and ensuring that they keep up with telecommunications innovations;
• implementing the set sales and customer service quality goals.

To be successful, you will need:

• the ability to plan your time and work independently;
• sociability and the ability to refute customer objections;
• enthusiasm and creativity in solving various situations with clients;
• motivation to achieve personal and team goals;
• excellent Lithuanian language skills (verbal and written).

Salary:

For the first 3 months, a salary of at least 1,500 EUR (before taxes) is paid, after 3 months, the salary is 1,300 EUR (before taxes) and more. The amount paid depends on the employee's work results. Those working part-time earn 2,900 EUR (before taxes) and more.
