We will trust you:
- Communicate with potential private customers by phone;
- Present and sell Elektrum services and products to potential customers;
- Answer customer questions and clearly explain the terms of the contract;
- Conclude contracts and neatly register the results of conversations in the CRM system;
- Comply with personal data protection (GDPR) requirements;
- Achieve personal and team sales goals.
We would like you to:
- You would have experience in telephone sales, customer service or other work with customers (this is an advantage, but not a prerequisite);
- You would speak Lithuanian fluently and express your thoughts clearly and smoothly;
- You would be result-oriented and would not give up after hearing "no";
- You would know how to listen and quickly adapt the conversation to the person;
- You would be confident in using a computer, and experience with CRM systems would be an advantage;
- You would like to learn and improve your sales skills.
