Nature of work
- Receive incoming calls and inquiries from GALIU center customers – be the first point of contact in the company;
- Call existing and potential customers according to prepared conversation scenarios;
- Find out the customer's needs and what technical assistance tools and compensations he is entitled to;
- Consult on wheelchairs, walkers, other assistance tools and car adaptations;
- Register conversations and customer history in the CRM system;
- Arrange meetings for sales managers and follow up on inquiries until the sale.
Employee requirements
- Excellent telephone communication skills and correct Lithuanian language;
- Empathy and patience when communicating with people with mobility disabilities and their relatives;
- Responsibility, ability to work independently and adhere to agreements;
- Regular computer work, willingness to learn new systems;
- Result-oriented.

GALIU centras (galiucentras.lt) – an independent center that helps people with mobility disabilities, their relatives and parents raising children with disabilities to obtain the necessary technical assistance measures and state compensations. We consult on what compensation a person is entitled to, help prepare and submit documents, and deliver the measures to homes throughout Lithuania. We offer wheelchairs for adults and children (active, electric, satellite-controlled), electric drives, lifts, stair climbers and housing adaptation solutions from world-renowned manufacturers. Autopritaikymas.lt – we adapt cars according to individual human needs: we install manual control systems, pedal adaptation solutions, lift and swivel seats, wheelchair lifts, fastening systems and other specialized equipment. We have customized over 100 cars.
This is not a typical job – every client is different, and our solutions directly change people's everyday lives.
