Planas Chuliganas - one of the largest and fastest growing customer service centers in the Baltic States, is inviting a "TELEMARKETING DEPARTMENT MANAGER" to join its team.
💜 We hope you:
- Have experience in leading a team
- Have worked in customer development or telemarketing (contact/call center experience is a big advantage)
- Able to think analytically and make decisions independently
- Have strong communication and strategic thinking skills
- Constantly strive to improve and learn
- Ability to work with KPI and results analysis
- Experience in listening to calls and conducting coaching
- Good command of English
😜 What will your working day look like?
- Improve call quality, communication standards and scripts
- Analyze results and look for ways to increase efficiency
- Develop motivation, responsibility and a positive team atmosphere
- Communicate with clients and their representatives
- Negotiate and review contract terms
- Plan financial volumes and budgets, monitor results and adjust actions
