- Salary 1400–1800 Eur net, depending on experience and competencies
- Organization, coordination and results management of the telemarketing team
- Development, motivation and ensuring efficiency of the team members
- Control of sales goal implementation and analysis of results
- Active cooperation with the sales team in order to increase customer activity and sales volumes
- Supervision and improvement of customer contact processes
- Monitoring performance indicators, preparing reports and providing suggestions for increasing efficiency
- Implementation of initiatives to activate new customers and increase loyalty of existing customers
- Standardization of telemarketing processes and implementation of best practices
Employee requirements
- Successful work experience in telemarketing, customer service or sales
- Team management experience would be an advantage
- Ability to analyze performance and make data-based decisions
- Good communication, organizational and team motivation skills
- Result-oriented and able to achieve set goals
- Ability to effectively plan work and manage priorities
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- English language skills would be an advantage
