What will you need to do?
- Communicate by phone with existing donors of the organization;
- Make thank-you calls to new donors;
- Make calls to past donors in order to renew their donation;
- Maintain relationships with existing donors and strengthen loyalty;
- Make cold B2B calls to companies, presenting the organization's activities and support opportunities;
- Work with a data management system (CRM).
What do we expect from you?
- Have good communication skills and be able to conduct a professional conversation;
- Speak correct Lithuanian;
- Have experience in telemarketing, telephone sales or customer service (an advantage);
- Are not afraid to work with cold contacts and achieve results;
