Telemarketing Manager

We are looking for someone who will become the first voice of our company to customers - the one from whom the first impression, trust and long-term cooperation begin.

This position is much more than communication by phone or administration of inquiries. It is an important role in our team, directly contributing to the implementation of the sales strategy, the creation of customer experience and the overall growth of the company.

We are looking for a responsible, empathetic and sociable person for whom communication with customers is natural, and quality work is a personal value. A person who is able to listen, understand, help and ensure a smooth customer experience from the first contact.

What will you do in this position?

• Administer customer inquiries and ensure their smooth processing
• Consult customers, provide necessary information and contribute to the creation of a quality customer experience
• Monitor the quality of communication processes and ensure effective information management
• Work with the CRM system and administer customer data
• Administer modern communication solutions, including an AI chat bot
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving the quality of services
• Actively contribute to the implementation of the sales strategy and overall team results
