- Working in the Era Esthetic Clinic call center (evenings and Saturdays).
- Registering clients and controlling visits, Consulting clients by phone, answering electronic inquiries through various channels;
- Effective selling services to the Clinic's clients by phone, e-mail and other communication channels;
- Collaborating with teams from other departments to achieve sales goals;
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service;
- Knowledge of services;
- Managing conflict situations;
- Preparing reports;
- Other administrative work;
Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- Administrative work experience in medicine, health, beauty salons or similar fields (advantage);
- Experience working in a call center (advantage);
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, knowledge of etiquette;
- Sales experience, ability to properly and attractively present a product, service or procedure;
- Good computer and clerical skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and German;
- Good time planning skills, ability to react quickly in stressful situations;
- Diligence and attention to detail, responsibility;
- Helpfulness, punctuality, positivity;
