Telemarketing Manager

We are looking for someone who knows how to talk, inspire, and lead the conversation towards a solution. A telemarketing manager who will work with people who already want to breathe fresh air in their homes.

OXYGEN – Lithuanian manufacturer of ventilation technologies. Over 10 years, we have occupied 20% of the country's market, with more than 16,000 heat exchangers installed in Lithuania and Europe. The country's largest developers and thousands of new residents trust us.
We manufacture enthalpy heat exchangers from the highest quality European components. We have the smartest consoles, app and cloud management, and perhaps the best customer service on the market. We work from a modern Urban Hub office in Kaunas with a showroom and warehouse.

You won't have to look for customers yourself. You will work with people who are already interested in recuperators and contact us themselves. Your task is to establish contact, understand what they need and help them make the best decision.

▸You will organize installer visits, formulate offers and conduct negotiations
▸You will work accurately with the CRM system - each contact has its own story
▸You will become an OXYGEN voice ambassador - the first impression that a customer gets

▸At least 1 year of sales or telemarketing experience – you know what a conversation with a client looks like
▸Eloquence and courage – you know how to establish a connection over the phone and don't get upset after a "no"
