Talenteek's client is a global pharmaceutical company with an office in Vilnius, looking for a Tender Analyst to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, organize, and maintain sales and tender data across the Baltic countries, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor tenders and tender outcomes on a daily basis, enter data into internal databases
- Prepare price analysis and suggestions to support decision-making, ensuring timely and accurate price uploads/submissions
- Analyze tender and sales data, identify patterns and present insights/reports to the local management
- Develop and maintain Excel models and Power BI dashboards to automate and visualize tender and commercial data.
WHAT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, commercial analysis, or a similar role, ideally in an international or data-driven environment.
- Strong practical skills in data management — ability to maintain and update databases accurately and consistently.
- Solid understanding of commercial and business performance metrics.
- Business acumen, critical and logical thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with public procurement processes or CPO systems is an advantage.
