About the role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Tender Manager assistant / Junior specialist to manage tender-related pricing activities and support the preparation of competitive commercial proposals.

Your main responsibilities will be
- Review tender and pricing requests and help make sure responses are submitted on time.
- Prepare price calculations and commercial offers based on company guidelines and customer information.
- Work with different departments to collect the information needed for tender submissions.
- Keep track of deadlines, documents, approvals, and tender status.
- Update tender platforms and help identify new tender opportunities.
- Support the team with ongoing tenders, projects, and daily tasks.
You do not need to know everything from day one — we will help you learn our processes, pricing principles, and tender tools.
What we expect from you
- Higher education, preferably in economics, mathematical statistics or a related field. (can be last year student!)
- Experience with tender processes or pricing would be considered an advantage.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English.
