Join our team - we are looking for a territory manager who will take care of the maintenance of green spaces and project implementation. If you have experience in the field of landscaping, are able to plan work and coordinate a team - we invite you to apply!
Your responsibilities:
- Effective organization of landscaping and maintenance works in Klaipėda city territories;
- Cooperation with municipal representatives in planning and implementation of environmental maintenance works;
- Analysis, planning and supervision of the need for technical and employee resources;
- Ensure the quality and deadlines of work;
- Control the materials and equipment used;
- Provide reports on the work performed.
Requirements:
- Successful management experience for a team of at least 20-30 people;
- Experience in cleaning or maintenance of territories;
- Proven competence in organizational and team building skills;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to resolve conflict situations and conduct negotiations;
- Category B driver's license;
- Responsibility, initiative and ability to work independently and in a team.
