Nature of work
We are inviting a territory manager to join the Infrastructure Management and Maintenance Center of Vilnius Infrastructure Maintenance Department team
- You will maintain and manage the University territory: sidewalks, paths and other outdoor spaces.
- Depending on the seasonality, you will cut and collect grass, maintain greenery, rake leaves, collect garbage, branches and other waste.
- During the winter, you will clear snow and ice, spread sidewalks, passages, entrances and parking lots.
- You will assist the farm maintenance worker in performing various farm maintenance tasks.
- You will assist in carrying out furniture and other items, transporting, loading and unloading.
- You will safely use and maintain work tools, inventory and mechanisms
- You will perform other tasks related to the job functions of the manager.
Employee requirements
- You have a basic or secondary education.
- You have similar work experience, you are familiar with the basic requirements for the maintenance and management of territories.
- You are responsible, diligent, dutiful, able to work independently and together with colleagues.
