Spatial Planning Specialist

We are looking for an experienced territorial planning specialist to join our team and be responsible for the preparation of detailed plans and process coordination.
We are looking for someone who is able to independently prepare a detailed plan, solve problems, communicate with specialists from coordinating institutions if necessary, and has excellent knowledge of the legislative framework related to territorial planning and is familiar with territorial planning processes.
We offer additional work from home. Project preparation in Klaipėda county.

We hope that you:
Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of territorial planning and land management.
You are well versed in the territorial planning laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
You have practical experience in preparing:
land plot formation and redevelopment projects;
territorial planning documents;
You are able to independently plan work and make decisions.
You are proactive, responsible and result-oriented.

700-1500 €/mon. net
Salary is negotiable, based on the amount of work performed.
