We believe that business can create real change, so we are looking for a Territory Manager who will join us in developing sustainable solutions and creating new opportunities for the future.
Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Organization and control of territory maintenance work in the Klaipėda city territory in cooperation with municipal representatives;
- Organization of team work: drawing up work schedules, distributing tasks and controlling the work performed;
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements by employees and administering related documentation;
- Planning the need for the necessary machinery, equipment, work tools and materials;
- Close cooperation with colleagues and prompt resolution of emerging issues and problems;
- Coordination of daily activities and ensuring that the work is performed with quality, on time and in accordance with the established requirements.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- You are a sociable, meticulous and hardworking person;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You know the basics of occupational safety and environmental protection;
- You are able to work with MS Office (Word, Excel, e-mail);
- We will consider experience in the field of territory maintenance, agriculture or utility services as an advantage.
