Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Plan and organize the work of teams and the use of equipment.
- Ensure the performance of work on time, in accordance with contracts and established quality and safety requirements.
- Resolve operational problems and customer complaints.
- Communicate with the chairmen and administrators of apartment communities, coordinate the scope of work and additional orders.
- Prepare commercial offers, participate in competitions and surveys.
- Search for new customers and expand the scope of services for existing customers.
- Achieve established sales and customer service goals.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- At least 1 year of work experience in customer service, sales, activity organization or environmental care.
- Ability to organize and coordinate the work of employees.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Category B driver's license.
- Ability to independently plan work and make decisions.
