- Organize and coordinate the regular maintenance of terminal equipment.
- Plan and control the removal of equipment for repair and technical inspection, ensure the performance of preparatory work in accordance with established procedures.
- Lead teams of engineers and field operators, ensure the performance of tanker truck, rail tanker and tanker loading operations and other terminal operational work.
- Ensure safe, high-quality and environmentally friendly performance of work and compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
- Cooperate with other departments, participate in the improvement of operational processes, developing and updating procedures and implementing optimization solutions.
- Participate in the implementation of investment projects, effectively plan and use resources, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
YOU WOULD BE AN EXCELLENT CANDIDATE IF YOU:
- You have a university degree in engineering (energy, chemistry, mechanics, industry or other technical sciences).
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in infrastructure management (working with oil refining, chemical, heat production facilities or liquid product terminals), solving managerial, technical and engineering issues.
- You have experience working with potentially dangerous (explosive) equipment and operator teams.
- You are well-versed in loading technological processes, applied technologies and legal requirements related to terminal operations, safety and environmental protection.
- You have strong leadership competencies – you are result-oriented, able to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
- You have excellent command of the state language and good English (at least B1 level).
IN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO CREATING A MORE SUSTAINABLE ENERGY FUTURE WE OFFER:
- A monthly salary of €4,300 to €5,000 gross and an annual variable part.
