🎯Your responsibilities:
- Lead the courier team, organize daily work and ensure smooth resolution of operational issues.
- Analyze the team's work results, ensure KPI implementation and initiate performance improvement solutions.
- Coordinate the team's working hours.
- Ensure the quality of parcel delivery at the terminal and compliance with established performance standards.
- Supervise compliance with occupational safety requirements in terminal operations.
✅ What we expect from you:
- Experience in leading a team (in the field of logistics, transport or operations - an advantage).
- Ability to organize team work, make operational decisions and solve everyday situations.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate performance results and look for opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Good communication and collaboration skills when working with a team.
- Responsible attitude to work quality, safety and adherence to processes.
- Good computer skills (MS Office or other work systems).
