Your main responsibilities will be:
- Organization of troubleshooting of production equipment;
- Organization of product production and production planning;
- Ensuring smooth loading and unloading operations and other services for customers;
- Organization of railway cargo unloading operations;
- Ensuring equipment maintenance and their smooth operation;
- Filling out equipment documentation;
- Drawing up repair plans and their implementation;
- Preparation, implementation, organization of work and supervision of the territory management plan;
- Organization of work of subordinate employees, distribution of work and supervision;
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Technical education (strong advantage, but not a necessity);
- Knowledge of production processes;
- Experience in the field of operation of technological equipment (advantage);
- Understanding and knowledge of the design and operation of mechanical equipment;
- Operation, general understanding of economic processes;
- Occupational safety and other qualification certificates (advantage);
- Honesty, responsibility, ability to work in a team and independently.
