- UAB „SVYDIS GROUP“
Nature of work:
- Sending prepared supplier orders and administering their execution, including coordinating information on the supply of goods and replenishment of warehouses.
- Monitoring delivery deadlines, tracking delays and communicating with suppliers regarding the preparation and delivery deadlines of goods.
- Checking proformas (advance invoices).
- Creating product cards in the accounting systems of the group of companies, entering and updating delivery dates and logistical information.
- Performing other tasks related to work functions assigned by the direct manager.
It is important for us:
- Work experience in logistics, supply or accounting (advantage).
- Good skills in working with accounting systems.
- Diligence, responsibility and ability to manage a large amount of information.
- Ability to plan time and set priorities.
- Quality orientation and adherence to agreements.
- Knowledge of English and Russian.
