Supply Chain Assistant

Assisting the purchasing and logistics team in planning and calculating the need for materials, fabrics, fittings and other raw materials required for production.
Searching for new suppliers of raw materials, fabrics, fittings and other raw materials, analyzing their offers and maintaining long-term relationships with existing suppliers.
Preparing requests for suppliers, evaluating commercial offers, analyzing prices, terms and delivery conditions.
Administering orders for raw materials, fabrics, accessories and other necessary materials and coordinating delivery.
Cooperating with production, warehouse, quality, logistics and sales teams to ensure a smooth production process.
Responsible and independent execution of assigned tasks.

Higher or higher education (in textiles, logistics, business management or similar fields - an advantage).
Good knowledge of English (daily communication with foreign suppliers).
Knowledge of Russian, Polish would be an advantage.
Experience in purchasing, supply, logistics or textile production would be an advantage.
Good computer skills, especially in working with MS Excel and business management systems.
Analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility, initiative, ability to plan work and communicate effectively.
Negotiation skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
