SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

• Supply chain management and development — to ensure efficient procurement, supply, production, planning, logistics and warehouse activities.
• Raw material cost optimization — to search for alternative suppliers, materials and solutions, reducing costs, maintaining quality.
• Inventory management — to optimize inventory levels, reduce illiquid inventories and ensure timely supply of materials for production.
• KPI system development and management — to establish performance indicators, monitor results and initiate improvement actions.
• Process automation — to implement digital solutions, more effectively use ERP and data analysis tools.
• Warehouse efficiency — to improve work organization, material flows and

accuracy of inventory accounting.

• Team management and development — to strengthen competencies, responsibilities and a results-oriented

work culture.

• Budget and performance management — control costs, identify savings opportunities, and ensure the implementation of operational goals.

• You have a higher education (preferably in logistics, supply chain management, business management, engineering or economics.
• You have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of supply chain, procurement, logistics or production

planning, of which at least 3 years of managerial experience. Experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage, in the areas of supply chain process optimization, KPI implementation and digitalization.

• You speak English both written and spoken.
• You have experience with ERP / business management systems: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central (BC), SAP, Oracle, Odoo. Specialized professional systems: CRM, WMS (warehouse management), MES (production management), CAD (design), etc.
• You are familiar with data analysis tools: Power Bl, Excel, Power Query.
• You have experience in implementing KPI systems, automation solutions and implementing

organizational changes

• You are able to manage changes.
• You have excellent financial awareness.
• You are A leader, you are excellent at managing and developing a team.
• You have excellent negotiation skills.
