Our client, a rapidly growing foreign capital company engaged in project-based sample production, is inviting an proactive SUPPLY CHAIN TEAM MANAGER to join its dynamic team.
Nature of work
- Daily coordination of supply and procurement processes;
- Supplier management, organizing quality procurement and ensuring reliable supply flow;
- Process analysis, risk identification and initiation of improvement solutions;
- ERP functionality improvement and data management process efficiency improvement;
- KPI monitoring, identifying improvement directions and implementing changes;
- Teamwork coordination;
- Close communication with sales, customer operations and production teams.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of supply chain management, logistics, business administration;
- Successful experience in supply chain, logistics, operations management (in a manufacturing company);
- Understanding of process efficiency;
- Experience in improving/implementing ERP systems, integrations;
- Analytical and systematic;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to make data-based decisions;
- Ability to coordinate team activities;
- Leadership skills, results orientation;
- Very good English language skills (verbal and written).
