Nature of work:
- Supplier search, preparation of requests, evaluation and comparison of received offers;
- Coordination of orders for raw materials, tools, work equipment, services and IT equipment and control of their execution;
- Verification and administration of orders, invoices, deliveries and other supply-related documents;
- Systematization of department information on orders, suppliers, contracts and deadlines, preparation of reports for the manager;
- Deputizing for the manager at internal meetings, recording agreements, decisions and tasks and transferring them to responsible employees;
- Collection, verification and registration of material certificates according to EN 10204 and other quality documents;
- Ensuring traceability of materials and equipment from order placement to transfer to the project;
- Control of compliance of suppliers and supplied materials with established standards and customer requirements;
- Coordination of deliveries in cooperation with suppliers, logistics and warehouse teams;
- Coordination of new employee job preparation together with an external IT partner;
- Administrative and coordination support to the supply team and active participation in department process improvement and digitalization projects.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in supply, purchasing or a similar field;
- You have a higher education in logistics, business management, engineering or another related field;
- You are able to independently organize purchasing and supply processes, systematize information and prepare clear reports;
- You speak Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of Russian would be an advantage;
- You work well with Excel and ERP systems, have good knowledge of working with a computer and computer equipment;
- You are organized, meticulous, responsible and able to coordinate several processes simultaneously;
- You are able to communicate professionally with suppliers, colleagues and external partners and, if necessary, properly represent the head of the department.
We would consider experience in an industrial, engineering or ship repair company an advantage.
