Main responsibilities:

- Coordinate order fulfillment processes between the company and the external warehouse;
- Manage and coordinate product non-conformities, returns, defects and crediting processes;
- Organize and coordinate information flows between logistics, production, planning,
- Monitor the balance of stocks, containers and packaging materials and initiate necessary actions;
- Analyze KPIs, prepare activity reports and make proposals for process improvement;
- Organize regular meetings with an external logistics partner, coordinate problem solving and ensure the implementation of agreed actions;
- Ensure effective cooperation between all participants in the process.
What do we expect from you?
- long-term and successful work experience in the field of coordination of supply chain processes;
- experience in working with external logistics partners (3PL) or warehouse coordination;
- experience in managing order fulfillment, inventory or returns processes;
- experience in preparing performance reports and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs);
- ability to coordinate the activities of several departments simultaneously;
- orientation towards solving problems, not just identifying them;
- ability to work with a large amount of information and maintain accuracy;
- effective communication with different partners and teams;
- higher education in logistics, economics, business management, etc.
- knowledge of English.
