UAB "HOVDEN" is looking for a Supply Chain Manager who would ensure smooth production supply, effective supply chain management and actively contribute to its development.
- planning and organizing the supply of raw materials, materials and components;
- supplier search, assessment and supply risk management;
- coordination of inventory and logistics processes;
- search for subcontractors in Lithuania and abroad, selection and relationship management;
- planning, coordination, control of deadlines, quality and costs of subcontract orders;
- organization and management of warehouse activities, control of processes and balances;
- improvement of supply processes and increasing efficiency;
- cooperation with production, sales and other company departments.
Employee requirements
- higher university degree or equivalent in management, economics, logistics, engineering or similar field;
- at least 2 years of managerial work experience in the field of procurement or supply;
- experience in team and process management;
- good negotiation and communication skills;
- ability to analyze data, assess costs and make decisions;
- excellent organizational skills and result orientation;
- independence, initiative and responsibility;
- good working skills in MS Excel;
- good knowledge of English.
Advantage – similar work experience in furniture manufacturing or other manufacturing company.
