Nature of work
- Develop, standardize, implement and manage procurement and logistics processes.
- Ensure operational and long-term procurement according to production needs.
- Develop and standardize procurement processes, implement a KPI system, develop a team and ensure operational administration.
- Ensure operational relations with suppliers, control warehouse flows, inbound / outbound logistics and inventory movement.
- Ensure management of the search for transport partners, coordinate prices, ensure capacity and manage transport risks.
- Promptly resolve critical supply disruptions, delays and problem administration.
- Participation and provision of solutions, proposals
- Manage the procurement and logistics department, ensuring a clear division of goals and personal responsibility of employees.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement: provide regular feedback, create training plans, share best practices.
- Involve the sales team in Kaizen-type efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Assess the results achieved by employees according to established KPIs and promote their professional growth.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (management, logistics, etc.)
- Work experience as a logistics, supply or procurement manager for at least 5 years.
- Team leadership: motivating, ensuring productive and high-quality work.
- Strategic thinking and ability to achieve set goals.
- Financial management skills: budget control, turnover, savings.
- English language skills.
