WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Actively search for new suppliers in Lithuania and international markets
- Develop cooperation with strategic suppliers and create long-term partnerships
- Visit suppliers, conduct their audits and assess production and logistics capabilities
- Organize and conduct strategic negotiations to achieve the best commercial and logistical conditions
- Search for alternative sources of supply and reduce supply chain risks
- Develop supply strategies for key product and service categories

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 2 years of experience in strategic procurement, supply chain development or supplier management
- Successful experience in negotiating with manufacturers, distributors or service providers;
- Experience in developing suppliers and building long-term partnerships
- Ability to analyze markets, evaluate suppliers and make commercial decisions
- Knowledge of supply chain risk management and supply processes
- Strategic thinking and ability to see the supply chain as a competitive advantage for the business.
- Excellent oral and written English skills
