Supply and Inventory Management Manager

Manpower client Ciongo is a team of active leisure and motorcycle enthusiasts who help customers discover adventures both on and off the road. The company represents the world-renowned VOGE and LONCIN brands, provides sales, service and rental services and is constantly expanding its activities. Your daily routine will include:

· Maintenance and analysis of product inventory and assortment;

· Ensuring the availability of critical products for sales, service and e-commerce;

· Order planning based on real demand, sales history and seasonality;

· Control of delivery terms and cooperation with suppliers;

· Analysis of slow-moving and stalled goods;

· Finding solutions to reduce frozen capital and improve inventory efficiency;

· Providing recommendations on pricing, promotions, stocking or sales;

· Control of new product introductions and discontinued items;

· Monitoring of e-store and physical store balances;

· Close cooperation with sales, marketing, warehouse and other teams.

The most important mission of this position is to help the business make data-driven decisions and ensure that warehouse inventory is managed efficiently, purposefully and strategically.

We expect that you:

· Have at least 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply or purchasing;

· Excellent Excel skills;

· Understand the logic of inventory planning and be able to make decisions based on facts;

· Know how to analyze product movement, seasonality and sales trends;

· Have encountered the principles of dynamic buffering;

· Be able to plan orders, manage delivery times and forecast demand;

· You are fluent in Lithuanian and have basic English.

Experience working with technical goods, parts, inventory management in a large assortment or supply from Asia would be an advantage.
