"Kečas" supplies flat roof waterproofing and insulation materials to business and private customers. We are looking for a colleague who would coordinate orders with suppliers, organize the transportation of goods and ensure that information, deadlines and documents are accurate.
This job involves several different things at once: waiting for order confirmation, negotiating the transport price, and adjusting the delivery date. It is important to be able to prioritize, follow agreements and complete the work started.

What to do:
- Process and submit orders to existing suppliers of goods, check their confirmations.
- Control delivery terms, adjust changes and inform colleagues in a timely manner.
- Organize the transportation of full and partial loads, if necessary, order transport with a crane.
- Search for carriers, compare offers and negotiate transportation prices and conditions.
- Coordinate loading and delivery times with suppliers, carriers and colleagues.
- Enter transport invoices, check their compliance with agreed prices and resolve discrepancies.
- Neatly record the status of orders, agreements and other actions.
The search for suppliers of goods and inventory management are not included in the responsibilities of this position.
What to expect:
- You understand the basic principles of logistics. We will consider similar work experience an advantage.
- You can correspond with suppliers in English and coordinate daily work issues by phone.
- You are able to systematize a large flow of information and track several orders at the same time.
- You are attentive to details: you notice discrepancies in prices, quantities, dates and documents.
- You know how to plan your work, set priorities and report problems in a timely manner.
- You work well with basic office programs, are able to use spreadsheets and learn the systems necessary for work.

Probationary salary – €2,000 excluding tax. Upon successful completion of the probationary period and assuming the agreed functions, €2,230 excluding tax per month.
