Nature of work
- Plan, organize and control the activities of the Supply and Logistics Department;
- Ensure uninterrupted production supply with raw materials, materials and services according to production and sales needs;
- Organize and coordinate procurement processes;
- Develop and maintain cooperation with suppliers, conduct negotiations;
- Ensure optimal inventory levels, effective planning and control;
- Organize and improve warehousing processes;
- Ensure effective organization of internal and external logistics processes, including coordination of transportation and delivery activities;
- Ensure timely preparation of materials for production, organization of packaging processes and preparation of production for shipment;
- Cooperate with commercial, production and product development teams, ensuring smooth execution of customer orders;
- Analyze supply, logistics and warehousing performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and initiate solutions to improve performance;
- Ensure compliance of the department's activities with the requirements of legal acts, quality, occupational health and safety and internal organizational procedures;
- Lead the department's team of employees, organize work, develop competencies, evaluate performance results and ensure employee involvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in a supply, logistics, purchasing or manufacturing company;
- Higher education in logistics, supply chain management, management, economics or similar field;
- Experience in planning purchases, managing suppliers and conducting negotiations;
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in planning the supply of raw materials for production and ensuring uninterrupted production supply;
- Ability to analyze data and make data-based decisions;
- Leadership, team management and collaboration skills;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
