We are looking for a responsible and proactive colleague who will contribute to the organization's supply, transport and fleet management processes. This position includes both daily activities and active process improvement - from equipment and transport management to supplier selection and cost optimization.

Main responsibilities:
- organize the supply of equipment and its movement between the company's warehouses;
- ensure effective management of the company's transport and fleet (fleet administration, fuel cards, documentation);
- organize the purchase and sale of the company's vehicles;
- plan, coordinate and control the maintenance and repair of vehicles, forklifts and warehousing equipment;
- organize the procurement of external transport and repair services, ensure their quality and reasonableness of the price;
- carry out supplier selection processes, tenders, price analysis and market monitoring;
- promptly resolve problems related to transport, supply and equipment;
- prepare reports and provide insights and proposals for streamlining processes;
- closely cooperate with commercial, warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of processes.
Expectations for the candidate:
- higher education (in logistics, management, engineering or similar field);
- at least 2 years of experience in the field of transport, logistics, procurement or supply management;
- ability to organize, coordinate and manage several processes simultaneously;
- excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
- analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative;
- knowledge of transport, warehousing and procurement processes;
- advantage – experience in fleet administration, organization of procurement tenders or supplier management.
