Nature of work:
- Lead the teams of the supply and planning departments (10 people).
- Analyze and manage inventory balances, ensure their optimal size.
- Identify supply chain risks and provide preventive measures.
- Ensure timely production planning, responding to customer needs.
- Ensure effective cooperation with purchasing, sales, production, warehouse and other departments.
- Ensure effective cooperation with suppliers, assess their reliability, adherence to deadlines and performance results.
- Analyze department performance indicators, make data-based decisions.
We expect you to:
- Higher university degree or equivalent in management, supply chain management or other related field.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of supply, production planning or supply chain management.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian. English at C1 level.
- Good skills in working with MS office. Working with NAV, FO, AXAPTA would be an advantage.
