Nature of work
In Supply:
In Warehouse:
- Analyze the need for materials and components for production and R&D teams and plan orders.
- Submit orders to suppliers, negotiate prices, delivery terms and conditions.
- Monitor order execution and promptly respond to delays and supply risks.
- Search for new suppliers, select and compare commercial offers.
- Communicate with local and foreign suppliers on a daily basis.
- Control the compliance of orders, invoices and delivery documents, resolve discrepancies.
- Contribute to planning inventory levels and timely replenishment.
- Manage supplier, component, price and order data.
In Warehouse:
- Receive, inspect, label and account for electronic components, parts and production materials.
- You will assemble components according to production orders and ensure their timely transfer to production.
- You will control inventory balances, perform inventories and manage discrepancies.
- You will oversee warehouse procedures, location system, component traceability and documentation.
- You will contribute to the improvement and digitalization of supply and warehouse processes.
We hope you:
- Have experience in the field of supply, purchasing, logistics, production supply or inventory accounting.
- Able to independently administer orders and communicate with suppliers.
- Able to work with data, documents and information systems.
- Can communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken - it will be needed for working with foreign suppliers and technical documentation.
- You are meticulous, responsible, systematic and able to meet deadlines.
- You are suitable for both administrative and practical work in a warehouse.
Big advantage:
Experience working with ERP/WMS systems, in a manufacturing company, electronic components or BOM, as well as knowledge of component traceability, import, ESD, 5S or quality management processes.
