Your responsibilities will be:
- after-sales equipment return process and credit account management;
- returns and sales order management;
- equipment repair order coordination and execution monitoring;
- product balance management in internal systems;
- product card creation and maintenance in systems;
- incident and daily user query management;
- communication with partners, colleagues and suppliers.
Work schedule: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 17:00
Work location: Vilnius.
We hope you:
- you are result-oriented and proactive in problem solving;
- you have good computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- you have good communication and collaboration skills;
- you have excellent English language skills;
- you have a university or higher education;
- you have work experience working with accounting programs SAP (an advantage);
- experience in supply chain processes (an advantage).
