Nature and functions of the job
Smooth supply of products of represented brands to the company's warehouses from Western Europe, Scandinavia, S. Korea,
Organization of delivery of goods to customers in Lithuania and neighboring countries,
Communication with customers by phone and e-mail, informing them about delivered shipments and cargo,
Communication with logistics and parcel delivery companies,
Continuous coordination of work with sales managers and product managers,
Accounting for goods, receipt of purchase invoices, issuing invoices to customers,
Organization of delivery of goods to customers in Lithuania and neighboring countries,
Communication with customers by phone and e-mail, informing them about delivered shipments and cargo,
Communication with logistics and parcel delivery companies,
Continuous coordination of work with sales managers and product managers,
Accounting for goods, receipt of purchase invoices, issuing invoices to customers,
We hope you have
Successful experience in similar work (min. 1 year)
Higher or higher education (transport management or logistics - an advantage)
Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian
Basic knowledge of logistics and freight transportation
Ability to communicate with the team, partners and clients
Good oral and written knowledge of English, you are not afraid to communicate by phone in a foreign language
Excellent computer skills - MS Office, Outlook
Logical and quick thinking, ability to analyze data and make appropriate decisions
Desire to delve into new things by learning to work with CRM and accounting programs, artificial intelligence models (ChatGPT, GEMINI,)
Professional communication and attentiveness to client expectations
