Your main responsibilities
- Organization and coordination of dyed yarn production orders and processes;
- Administration of accessories and packaging purchases;
- Organization of stationery and cleaning supplies purchases;
- Verification of declarations of origin and data verification;
- Verification and administration of certificates submitted by suppliers;
- Administration of raw material write-offs;
- Administration and coordination of subcontracted work;
- Input of information into company systems and document management;
- Cooperation with supply, production, warehouse and other company departments.
What to expect:
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
- Ability to plan your work and meet deadlines;
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel;
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and documents;
- Good communication skills;
- English language skills - an advantage;
- Work experience in a supply, procurement or manufacturing company - an advantage.
