What are you going to do:
- You will manage the supply processes of goods – from the creation of goods in the information system, the formation of orders and the processing of supplier data to the control of documentation and supply efficiency;
- You will plan and ensure the timely supply of goods – in the right quantities, terms and according to needs;
- You will cooperate with suppliers and internal partners – you will maintain strong relationships, coordinate orders, provide analytical insights and contribute to the continuity of the supply chain;
- You will coordinate the processes of contracts, data and pricing – from the registration of suppliers and contract management to price changes in information systems.
What we expect from you:
- You have experience in the fields of supply chain, logistics or retail – you understand the processes of goods movement and their management principles;
- You are analytical and meticulous – you are able to work with large amounts of information, pay attention to details and work responsibly;
- You are excellent at planning time and meeting deadlines – you are organized, punctual and result-oriented;
- You have strong communication and negotiation skills – you are able to communicate effectively with colleagues and suppliers; you communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You have excellent command of work tools – you are good at working with MS Excel, and experience with SAP ERP would be a great advantage.
